飞机发动机吊挂接头载荷标定试验装置研究及应用

Research and Application of Aircraft Engine Hanging Joint Load Calibration Test Device

  • 摘要: 采用应变电测的方法测量吊挂接头上的载荷,需要对吊挂接头在完成应变计改装后进行载荷标定试验。本文针对某运输机吊挂接头结构的布局、受力特点,设计了载荷标定试验自平衡装置,使用有限元软件对其强度和刚度进行了分析,并利用该装置高效地完成了外场飞机发动机吊挂接头载荷标定试验。

     

    Abstract: As the load of the hanging joints are measured by the method of strain electrical measurement, the load calibration test should be conducted after the modification of the strain gauge. In the paper, a self-balance test device for load calibration test is designed according to the layout and stress characteristics of the hanging joint structure of a transport aircraft. The strength and stiffness of the device are analyzed by finite element software, and the outfield load calibration test of the hanging joint of aircraft engine is completed efficiently by using the device.
