Abstract:
As the load of the hanging joints are measured by the method of strain electrical measurement, the load calibration test should be conducted after the modification of the strain gauge. In the paper, a self-balance test device for load calibration test is designed according to the layout and stress characteristics of the hanging joint structure of a transport aircraft. The strength and stiffness of the device are analyzed by finite element software, and the outfield load calibration test of the hanging joint of aircraft engine is completed efficiently by using the device.
