某试验台电机及测扭器振动故障分析及处理

Analysis and Treatment of Vibration Faults of Motor and Torque Transducer of a Test Bench

  • 摘要: 利用某试验台进行试验过程中,电机和测扭器出现了振动超限故障。从故障机理出发,分析了电机和测扭器振动故障产生的原因,主要是联轴器设计不合理导致电机振动故障,安装不当导致测扭器振动偏大。针对电机和测扭器振动故障,分别采取了相应的解决措施,并进行了试验验证。试验结果表明,电机和测扭器振动故障得到了有效解决。

     

    Abstract: During a test, the vibration faults of motor and torque transducer occurred in the test bench. Based on the fault mechanism, the causes of vibration faults of motor and torque transducer are analyzed in the paper. It is found that the unreasonable coupling design is the cause of motor vibration fault, and improper installation leads to the high vibration of torque transducer. In view of the vibration faults of motor and torque transducer, corresponding solutions are taken and verified by tests. The test results show that the vibration faults of motor and torque transducer are solved effectively.
