Abstract:
During a test, the vibration faults of motor and torque transducer occurred in the test bench. Based on the fault mechanism, the causes of vibration faults of motor and torque transducer are analyzed in the paper. It is found that the unreasonable coupling design is the cause of motor vibration fault, and improper installation leads to the high vibration of torque transducer. In view of the vibration faults of motor and torque transducer, corresponding solutions are taken and verified by tests. The test results show that the vibration faults of motor and torque transducer are solved effectively.
