Abstract:
With the rapid development of hypersonic vehicles, the requirements of ground thermal intensity tests have become increasingly stringent. The self-produced heat flux transducer has the advantages of small size and easy installation, but its coefficient linearity, reproducibility and long-term working stability need to be further improved. Through optimizing the structural design, improving the welding process, and updating the assembly method, the various indexes of the self-produced heat flux transducer are improved, and the accuracy of heat flux measurement in the ground thermal intensity tests is improved. So the heat flux transducer can be used stably for a long time, and the test cost has been reduced.
