圆箔式热流计加工方法的改进

Improvement of Processing Method for Circular Foil Heat Flux Transducer

  • 摘要: 随着高超声速飞行器的快速发展,地面热强度试验的要求日益严苛。自产的热流计具有尺寸小、安装简便等优点,但其系数的线性度、复现性和长期工作稳定性等还有待进一步提高。通过优化结构设计,改善焊接工艺,更新组装方法,改进了自产热流计的各项指标,提升了地面热强度试验中热流测量的准确度,使热流计可长时间稳定使用,降低了试验成本。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of hypersonic vehicles, the requirements of ground thermal intensity tests have become increasingly stringent. The self-produced heat flux transducer has the advantages of small size and easy installation, but its coefficient linearity, reproducibility and long-term working stability need to be further improved. Through optimizing the structural design, improving the welding process, and updating the assembly method, the various indexes of the self-produced heat flux transducer are improved, and the accuracy of heat flux measurement in the ground thermal intensity tests is improved. So the heat flux transducer can be used stably for a long time, and the test cost has been reduced.
