基于平动轴承原理的机匣类部件静/压力试验活动密封技术研究

Study on Movable Sealing Technology for Static-Pressure Composite Test of Aero-Engine Casing Parts Based on Theory of Translational Bearing

  • 摘要: 本文通过分析现阶段普遍采用的机匣类部件静/压力试验密封方案的缺陷,提出了基于平动轴承原理的活动密封技术,并通过试验验证,得出了基于平动轴承原理的活动密封技术在机匣类部件静/压力试验中应用可行、方便、可靠的结论。在试验验证中,活动密封装置均一次安装即保证了密封质量,充分说明该装置密封良好,安装简易可靠;设计的可重复使用的平动轴承通用件可大大提高试验转接段的利用率,节约试验成本,减少设计及装配工作量。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a movable sealing technology based on the theory of translational bearing is proposed according to the analysis of the defects of the movable sealing scheme commonly used in the static-pressure composite test of aero-engine casing parts at this stage. The technology has been proved by test, and the results show that the movable sealing technology based on the theory of translational bearing is feasible, simple and reliable in the static-pressure composite test of aero-engine casing parts. In the verification test, the movable sealing device is installed once can ensure the test sealing quality, which fully shows that the device is well sealed and the installation is simple and reliable. The designed reusable universal parts of translational bearing can greatly improve the utilization rate of the test connection section, save the test cost and reduce the test design and assembly workload.
