Abstract:
In order to verify the tensile strength of the steel cable for aeroengine test, it is necessary to conduct the tensile test of cable. Due to the adverse impact of the cable break, it is necessary to study the safety guarantee technology in the cable tensile test. By analyzing the control principle of the cable tensile test and the control parameters that affect the safety of the test during the control process, the setting of each parameter and the corresponding inspection and protection mechanism are summarized, which has a directive function for the safety implementation of the cable tensile test and can be applied to other structure strength tests.
