Abstract: In view of the fact that PLC and other controller modules are unable or difficult to directly collect sensor signals due to the factors such as difficult wiring and many cables encountered in the actual project, this paper takes the aviation tire temperature measurement device as an example, uses the temperature acquisition module TD-4018+, and combines the Modbus communication mode based on RS-485 bus to collect the tire temperature. This method replaces the original way of directly collecting tire temperature through PLC-TC module, solves the problem of difficult wiring between controller and temperature sensor, and improves the safety of cable working. Through TIA Portal V16 online monitoring, the accuracy of temperature acquisition is not affected.
