薄壁壳体车削变形控制研究

Research on Turning Deformation Control of Thin-Walled Shell

  • 摘要: 薄壁壳体在机械、化工产品中有着广泛的应用,因结构刚性差,在切削过程中易发生加工变形,加工质量难以符合要求。因此,进行有效控制薄壁件加工中变形的研究,具有重大理论意义和工程应用价值。本文采用理论分析和试验研究相结合的方法,基于材料的机械加工性能,从金属切削原理入手,从控制切削力、夹持力及去除应力的方向分析了减小机械加工变形的方法。

     

    Abstract: Thin-walled shell is widely used in mechanical and chemical products. Because of poor structural rigidity, the machining deformation is easy to occur in the cutting process, and the processing quality is difficult to meet the requirements. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to study the effective control of deformation in the processing of thin-walled parts. Based on the mechanical performance of materials, starting from the principle of metal cutting, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and experimental research to analyze the method of reducing machining deformation from the direction of controlling cutting force, clamping force and removing stress.
