Abstract:
Thin-walled shell is widely used in mechanical and chemical products. Because of poor structural rigidity, the machining deformation is easy to occur in the cutting process, and the processing quality is difficult to meet the requirements. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to study the effective control of deformation in the processing of thin-walled parts. Based on the mechanical performance of materials, starting from the principle of metal cutting, this paper adopts the method of combining theoretical analysis and experimental research to analyze the method of reducing machining deformation from the direction of controlling cutting force, clamping force and removing stress.
