某国六重卡车型打气泵引起的轰鸣声优化与控制
Optimization and Control of Booming Caused by Compressor of a Heavy Truck

摘要: 以某搭载双缸打气泵的国六重卡车型为研究对象,针对发动机转速在1260rpm~1480rpm、1550rpm~1660rpm区间的轰鸣问题,通过源头-路径-响应的分析方法,确定主要传递路径为打气泵-取气管-空滤器-高位进气道-驾驶室后围,问题频段为57Hz~67Hz及70Hz~75Hz。根据抗性消声器的原理,在取气管上增加一个扩张式消声器,主观感受轰鸣消失。同时,测得定置升速工况下在1260rpm~1660rpm阶次噪声平均降低11.7dB(A)。该优化方案在不改变原车总体布置的前提下,通过较小的改动、较低的成本解决了该轰鸣问题,具有一定的工程指导意义。Abstract: In this paper,a heavy truck with a double-cylinder compressor is taken as the research object. In view of the booming problem in the engine speed range of 1260-1480 rpm and 1550-1660 rpm,the source-routing-response analysis method is adopted to determine that the main transmission path is the compressor-the suction pipe-the air filter-the high inlet-the cab,and the problem frequency band is 57-67 Hz and 70-75 Hz. According to the principle of resistance muffler,an expansion muffler is added to the suction pipe,and the subjective feeling of booming disappears. At the speed range of1260-1660 rpm,the order noise is reduced by 11. 7 dB( A). Under the premise of not changing the layout of the original vehicle,the optimization scheme solves the booming problem with a small change and a lower cost,which has a certain engineering guiding significance.
