Abstract:
In order to verify the calculation method of the inertia force of loading point based on the actuator displacement data, the verification test of high-frequency driving force sensor and mass block reciprocating motion by using a position controlled actuator is designed. At the same time, the FIR filtering algorithm of displacement data and acceleration calculation algorithm are introduced into the control system. The test results show that the calculation method for the inertia force in the test process is consistent with the feedback data of the actual force sensor in terms of magnitude, which preliminarily proves the feasibility of the algorithm.
