结构强度试验惯性力计算方法研究

Research on Calculation Method of Inertia Force in Structural Strength Test

  • 摘要: 为验证基于作动筒运动位移数据的加载点惯性力计算方法,设计位控作动筒高频推动测力传感器及质量块往复运动的验证试验,同时在控制系统中引入位移数据FIR滤波算法及加速度计算算法。试验结果表明,试验过程中惯性力计算方法与实际测力传感器反馈数据量级一致,初步证明了算法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: In order to verify the calculation method of the inertia force of loading point based on the actuator displacement data, the verification test of high-frequency driving force sensor and mass block reciprocating motion by using a position controlled actuator is designed. At the same time, the FIR filtering algorithm of displacement data and acceleration calculation algorithm are introduced into the control system. The test results show that the calculation method for the inertia force in the test process is consistent with the feedback data of the actual force sensor in terms of magnitude, which preliminarily proves the feasibility of the algorithm.
