基于模糊-PID算法护理呼吸机压力控制的设计与实现

摘要: 护理呼吸机可使患者拥有更加方便、舒适的治疗环境,适用于治疗轻、中度呼吸障碍疾病,因其具有价格低、体积小、使用方便等特点而走进了大众家庭。本文设计了呼吸机压力控制系统,厘清了控制算法设计的整体思路。选用一种自适应方法并在该系统基础上,采用模糊-PID双模控制算法实现了压力控制。试验结果表明,该压力控制系统输出压力稳定,减少了压力过冲和振荡现象,提高了通气稳定性和患者使用的舒适度,满足基本的功能需求,降低了家庭用户的使用门槛。Abstract: Nursing ventilator can make patients have a more convenient and comfortable treatment environment,and it is suitable for the treatment of mild and moderate respiratory disorders. Because of its low price,small volume and convenient usage,nursing ventilator has entered the public family. The pressure control system for the ventilator is designed in the paper,and the overall idea of control algorithm design is clarified. An adaptive method is selected and based on the system,the fuzzy-PID dual-mode control algorithm is used to realize the pressure control. The experimental results show that the output pressure of the pressure control system is stable,and the phenomenon of pressure overshoot and oscillation is reduced,which improves the ventilation stability and the using comfort of patients. The nursing ventilator can meet the basic functional requirements,and the usage of the ventilator lows the use threshold of family users.
