陶瓷基复合材料舵面结构力热耦合试验技术研究

Research on Thermo-Mechanical Coupling Test Technology for Rudder Surface Structure of Ceramic Matrix Composites

  • 摘要: 对陶瓷基复合材料舵面结构进行了力热耦合试验,采用模块化石英灯辐射加热系统对复合材料舵面进行加热,采用加载推杆对复合材料舵面施加力载荷。由于加载推杆前端深入加热区域,高温必然降低加载推杆的强度,因此,加载推杆采用水冷装置。试验结果对评价复合材料舵面结构在高温下的承载能力、使用寿命及安全可靠性具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: The thermo-mechanical coupling test of composite rudder surface structure is carried out,and the composite rudder surface is heated by modular quartz lamp radiation heating system. The loading push rod is used to apply the force load to the composite rudder surface. Because the front end of the loading push rod is deeply heated in the heating area,the high temperature will inevitably reduce the strength of the loading push rod. Therefore,the water cooling device is used in the loading push rod. The test results are of great significance for evaluating the bearing capacity,service life and safety reliability.
