乙烯基含氟硅油改性有机硅防粘涂层的制备与性能研究

摘要: 以含氢硅油、甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂、乙烯基硅油以及纳米SiO2粉末为原料,改变乙烯基氟硅油的含量,在一定条件下得到一种有机硅含氟防粘涂层。研究发现:乙烯基氟硅油的加入,涂层表面的粗糙程度呈先减小后增大的趋势;去离子水和乙二醇与涂层表面的接触角呈增大的趋势,表面能最低为18.77mJ/m2,剥离力最小为9.5g/25mm。综上所述,乙烯基氟硅油含量为7wt.%时,涂层的疏水性较好,并具有较低的表面能和剥离力,综合性能最好。Abstract: In this paper,hydrogen silicone oil,methyl vinyl MQ silicone resin,vinyl silicone oil and nano-SiO2 powder are used as raw materials to obtain a anti-sticking coating under certain conditions with defferent contents of vinyl fluorosilicone oil. It is found that the surface roughness of the coating decreases first and then increases with the addition of vinyl fluorosilicone oil. The contact angle between deionized water,glycol and the coating has increasing tendency. The minimum surface energy is 18. 77 mJ/m~2,and the minimum peeling force is 9. 5 g/25 mm. In conclusion,when the content of vinyl fluorosilicone oil is 7 wt. %,the hydrophobicity of the coating is good,and the surface energy and peeling force are lower,and the comprehensive performance of the coating is the best.
