基于ARM的直流电机PWM调速系统设计

Design of PWM Speed Regulation System for DC Motor Based on ARM

  • 摘要: 为了实现对某小微型直流电机的四象限运行及调速控制,设计了一种基于ARM芯片和嵌入式操作系统μC/OS-Ⅱ控制实现的PWM调速控制系统。通过调节PWM信号的占空比,使用开关MOS管控制电路的通断,实现对电机正反转及速度控制。利用比较器和放大器设置保护电路,着重介绍了调速控制系统的工作原理、硬件实现、PWM驱动电路、控制软件设计方法及控制系统的安全保护。系统长期运行结果表明,该PWM调速控制系统具有良好的工作性能,达到了预期的设计目标。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the four-quadrant operation and speed control of small and micro DC motor, the PWM speed control system based on ARM chip and embedded operating system μC/OS-II control is designed. By adjusting the duty cycle of PWM signal and using the switch MOS tube to control the circuit, the forward and reverse rotation and speed control of the motor are realized. The protection circuit is set up by using the comparator and amplifier. The working principle, hardware realization, PWM driving circuit, control software design method and safety protection of the control system are introduced in detail. The long-term operation results of the system show that the PWM speed control system for DC motor has good working performance and achieves the expected design objectives.
