不同截面形式的预制管廊拼缝接头渗水状态下的受力分析

Stress Analysis of Precast Utility Tunnel Joints with Different Cross Sections under Water Seepage

  • 摘要: 预应力预制管廊的拼缝接头存在渗水问题,这将影响综合管廊的结构稳定性,研究其拼缝接头渗水状态下的受力性能对后期的运维至关重要。本文以某实际管廊工程为例,运用Midas Gen软件,基于《城市综合管廊工程技术规范》(GB 50838-2015)中的K-ζ法对预应力预制管廊进行截面内力分析,并通过物理试验得出拼缝接头处渗水对接头上下面处的荷载值。再将其与数据模拟相结合,继而研究不同截面形式的预制管廊在此情况下的受力性能和抗渗水能力,为不同地质条件下的管廊截面设计提供理论依据和参考。

     

    Abstract: The problem of water seepage in the joints will affect the structural stability of precast utility tunnels. It is very important for the later operation and maintenance to study the mechanical performance of the joint under the water seepage condition. In this paper,taking an actual utility tunnel project as an example,using Midas Gen,based on the K-ζ method in the technical code for urban utility tunnel engineering( GB 50838-2015),the section internal force of prestressed precast utility tunnel is analyzed. Through the physical experiment,the load value of water seepage on the upper and lower parts of the joint is obtained. Combined with the data simulation,the mechanical performance and anti-seepage ability of different cross sections of precast utility tunnel under this condition are studied,which provides theoretical basis and reference for the cross section design of utility tunnel under different geological conditions.
