功率提取对启动机功率选取的影响

Influence of Power Extraction on Starter Power Selection

  • 摘要: 为研究航空发动机功率提取对启动机功率选取的影响,基于型号研制经验和转子扭矩平衡方程,提出了启动机功率选取的扭矩平衡法并搭建了数学模型。以某型涡扇发动机和空气涡轮启动机为计算平台,利用扭矩平衡法,对不同功率提取量值和功率提取初始转速下的转速上升率和启动机功率需求进行了计算。计算结果表明,随着功率提取量增加,启动过程转速上升率下降,启动时间变长,反之也成立;随着功率提取初始转速的降低,转速上升率下降,启动时间变长,反之也成立。在功率提取量增加或功率提取初始转速降低时,为维持启动过程转速上升率,应提高启动机最大输出功率。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influences of aero-engine power extraction on starter power selection, torque balanced method is put forward to solve the problem of starter power selection and a mathematical model is established based on engine research experience and rotor torque balanced equation. Rotating speed rising rate of engine and power requirement of starter are computed in different power extraction quantity and initial rotating speed with the model based on computing platform of a certain turbofan engine and air turbine starter. The results show that rotating speed rising rate descends and starting time increases with power extraction quantity increasing and power extraction initial rotating speed decreasing, and vice versa. When the power extraction quantity increases and the initial rotating speed decreases, the maximum output power of starter should be raised in order to maintain the rotating speed rising rate.
