涡轮叶片-盘振动特性试验装置强度分析

Strength Analysis of Turbine Blade-Disk Vibration Characteristics Test Device

  • 摘要: 介绍了涡轮叶片-盘振动特性试验设施的结构特点,分析其载荷传递方式。通过有限元建模分别进行了榫槽静力分析、加载螺纹静/动强度校核、带叶片的试验设施动力学固有特性分析和频率响应分析。根据频率响应分析的结果可以得到,叶片的固有振型能够在试验中被振动台激起,试验设施不会影响叶片振动特性的测试。

     

    Abstract: The structural characteristics of turbine blade-disk vibration characteristic test device are introduced in the paper,and the load transfer mode is analyzed. Through the finite element modeling,the static analysis of the mortise,the static/dynamic strength check of the loading thread,the dynamic inherent characteristics of the test device with blades,and the frequency response analysis are performed respectively. According to the results of frequency response analysis,the natural vibration mode of the blade can be excited by the shaking table during the test,and the test device will not affect the test of the blade vibration characteristics.
