Abstract:
The structural characteristics of turbine blade-disk vibration characteristic test device are introduced in the paper,and the load transfer mode is analyzed. Through the finite element modeling,the static analysis of the mortise,the static/dynamic strength check of the loading thread,the dynamic inherent characteristics of the test device with blades,and the frequency response analysis are performed respectively. According to the results of frequency response analysis,the natural vibration mode of the blade can be excited by the shaking table during the test,and the test device will not affect the test of the blade vibration characteristics.
