复合加载装置承力框架力柱设计与优化

Design and Optimization of Bearing Column of Load-Bearing Frame of Combined Loading Device

  • 摘要: 复合加载试验台承力框架包括承力柱、加载头、连接杆和备紧螺母四部分,其中承力柱约占整个承力框架40%的重量。本文在改变承力柱圆管截面壁厚的基础上,利用Abaqus 6.14对承力框架进行了计算分析与轻量化设计,同时采用工程算法校核了承力柱的稳定性。结果表明,当承力柱壁厚取24mm时,整个承力框架的静强度和稳定性均达到使用要求,同时承力柱减重约30%。

     

    Abstract: The load-bearing frame of the combined loading test device consists of four parts,such as load-bearing column,loading head,connecting rod and retaining nut. The load-bearing column occupies about 40% of the weight of the whole load-bearing frame. On the basis of changing the wall thickness of the circular tube section of the load-bearing column,Abaqus 6. 14 is used for calculation and analysis of the load-bearing frame,and the lightweight design is finished. At the same time,engineering algorithms is used to check the stability of the load-bearing column. The results show that when the wall thickness of the load-bearing column is 24 mm,the static strength and stability of the entire load-bearing frame meet the usage requirements,and the load-bearing column reduces the weight by about 30%.
