液压动力下的叉车门架自动控制试验台

Automatic Control Bedstand for Forklift Gantry under Hydraulic Power

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种新型叉车门架试验台,该试验台采用液压驱动技术,通过激光测距仪测量门架货叉的升降高度,通过倾角传感器测量门架的倾角,通过压力传感器和流量传感器测量各系统压力和流量,将数据传输到控制系统,控制系统通过预先设定好的参数,驱动相应的阀组动作,从而实现叉车门架的自动循环试验。控制系统可实现不同参数任意组合的多种循环动作,实现无人值守自动循环。试验过程中实时采集系统各回路的压力、流量、温度等物理量并可绘制不同参数的曲线,从而对叉车门架的性能进行评价。该叉车门架试验台安装支座前后间距及左右间距无级可调,可适应不同吨位和型号的叉车门架安装结构及安装尺寸,可实现不同吨位叉车门架总成系统性能测试及可靠性疲劳测试。

     

    Abstract: A new type of bedstand for forklift gantry is introduced in the paper. The bedstand adopts hydraulic driving technology,with laser range finder to measure the lifting height of gantry fork and angle sensor to measure the inclination angle of the gantry. The pressure and flow of each system are measured by pressure sensors and flow sensors,and the data is transmitted to the control system. The control system drives the corresponding valve group action through the predefined parameters,so as to realize the automatic cycle test of forklift gantry. The control system can realize a variety of cycle actions of different parameters and realize unattended automatic cycle test. The pressure,flow,temperature and other physical quantities of each loop of the system are collected in real time during the test,and the curves of different parameters can be drawn,so as to evaluate the performance of the forklift gantry. The distance between the front and back of the mounting support and the left and right of the mounting support of the bedstand are stepless adjustable,which can adapt to the mounting structure and size of the forklift gantry of different tonnage and models,and can realize performance test and reliability fatigue test of forklift gantry assembly system of different tonnage.
