钢管柱与混凝土组合构件节点连接施工新技术

New Construction Technology for Joint Connection of Combination Components of Steel Pipe Column and Concrete

  • 摘要: 钢管柱与混凝土组合构件常采用栓钉连接,存在焊接工作量大、施工难度大、变形不协调和焊接残余应力对后续质量影响明显等缺陷。依据已有的科研成果和项目设计图纸,在钢管柱外壁增设钢环和环形钢筋混凝土梁,通过钢环将钢管柱与环形梁连接,其它混凝土构件通过环形梁与钢管柱连接。与传统工艺相比,用钢环替代传统抗剪栓钉,施工简便,焊接量减少,避免了传统工艺的不足。用环形梁作为钢管柱与混凝土构件连接的过渡构件,解决了梁柱节点钢筋多且密的布置难题。本文对该施工工艺进行了探讨和总结,重点论述了钢管柱和环形梁的加工和安装等关键技术。

     

    Abstract: Combination components of steel pipe column and concrete are usually connected by bolts,which has much obvious defects,such as heavy welding workload,difficult construction,uncoordinated deformation and obvious influence of welding residual stress on subsequent quality. According to the existing research results and project design drawings,steel ring and ring reinforced concrete beam are added to the outer wall of steel pipe column. The steel pipe column is connected with the ring beam through the steel ring,and other concrete components are connected with the steel pipe column through the ring beam. Compared with the traditional process,the traditional shear bolts are replaced by the steel ring,which has the advantages of simple construction,less welding,and can avoid the shortcomings of the traditional process. The ring beam is used as the transition component between the steel pipe column and the concrete to solve the arrangement problem of the beam column joint reinforcement. The construction technology is discussed and summarized in the paper,and the key technologies for the processing and installation of steel pipe column and ring beam are discussed in detail.
