Abstract:
This article summarizes the engineering design and calculation of low-temperature refueling system for domestic space launch site. Engineering calculation formulas are given for propellant storage calculation, pipeline wall thickness calculation, pipeline hydraulic calculation, pre-pump pressurization calculation, extrusion pressure calculation, vaporizer pressurization capacity calculation, pipeline replacement calculation, and pipeline precooling calculation in the design of low-temperature refueling system, which can provide reference for the engineering design of low-temperature refueling system in future space launch sites.
