Abstract: Strain gauges and data acquisition systems with strain acquisition function are widely used in aircraft structural strength tests. The errors introduced in the measurement process are analyzed in the paper by analyzing the entire process of strain acquisition,and the issues such as reducing errors and standardizing operations are discussed.
