Abstract:
A large number of aviation composite structures are subjected to complex loads, so it is of great significance to study the tensile bending composite strength performance for the design and verification of structures. Taking the rabbet structure of composite blade in aircraft engines as an example, a tensile and bending test system for the rabbet test piece is designed, and the tensile and bending test is carried out. The load, strain and displacement of the rabbet test pieces in the loading process are collected, and the in-situ damage of the rabbet is monitored by using the broken line optical path. The test results show that the typical failure mode of the rabbet test piece under the tensile and bending complex loads is delamination damage, and the strain and displacement of the rabbet test pieces change obviously at the time of delamination damage.
