飞机电控式应急刹车系统建模仿真及试验研究

Research on Co-Simulation and Experiment of Electric-Controlled Emergency Braking System of Aircraft

  • 摘要: 为解决飞机机械操纵式应急刹车安装布置难度大及维护性差的问题,提出了电控式应急刹车系统。所述电控式应急刹车系统主要由电控应急刹车阀和局部能源组件等关键部件构成。基于AMESim建立了电控式应急刹车系统及关键部件的模型并进行了仿真,搭建了电控式应急刹车系统试验平台,进行了系统功能及关键部件性能试验验证。仿真及试验结果表明,电控式应急刹车系统功能完整,关键部件设计合理,研究结果可为新型飞机电控式应急刹车系统设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of difficult installation and poor maintainability of aircraft mechanical emergency braking,an electric-controlled emergency braking system is proposed in the paper. The electric-controlled emergency braking system is mainly composed of electric-controlled emergency braking valve and local energy components and other key components. The model of the electric-controlled emergency braking system and its key components are established and simulated based on AMESim. The test platform of the electric-controlled emergency braking system is established to test and verify the system functions and the performance of the key components. The simulation and test results show that the electric-controlled emergency braking system has complete function and the design of the key components is reasonable. The research results can provide reference for the design of new electric-controlled emergency braking system of aircraft.
