扩压器部件对离心压气机不稳定特性的影响

Effects of Diffuser on Unsteady Characteristics of Centrifugal Compressor

  • 摘要: 扩压器对压缩机的性能有重要影响,为研究扩压器对离心压气机不稳定特性的影响,针对某小尺寸离心压气机进行3种不同扩压器条件下的试验及数值仿真。结果表明:不同扩压器条件下,喘振过程中管道压力波动幅值相当,但喘振频率相差较大;特定条件下,离心压缩机匹配无叶扩压器和叶片扩压器时可达到同样的喘振频率;流量对喘振频率的影响较小,而对压力振幅的影响较大;喘振循环中,出口管道压力变化的周期内,压力增长阶段占比更高,且匹配叶片扩压器会提升该比例。

     

    Abstract: The diffuser has an important influence on the performance of the compressor. In order to study the influences of the diffuser on unsteady characteristics of the centrifugal compressor, experiment and numerical simulation under three different diffuser conditions are carried out for a small-sized centrifugal compressor. The results show that under different diffuser conditions, the amplitude of pipeline pressure fluctuation during surge process is similar, but the surge frequency is quite different. Under certain conditions, the centrifugal compressor can achieve the same surge frequency when matched with a vaneless diffuser and a vane diffuser. The flow rate has less influence on the surge frequency, but has a great influence on the pressure amplitude. In the surge cycle, the pressure growth stage accounts for a higher proportion in the period of outlet pipeline pressure change, and matching the vane diffuser will increase this proportion.
