Application of Large-Scale Special Instrument to Undergraduate Teaching of Civil Engineering

  • 摘要: 利用自主研发的落锤冲击试验系统测量蜂窝梁在冲击荷载作用下的动态力学性能,结合研究生科研试验,开设自主探究性科研实验教学项目,让学生了解蜂窝梁动态力学性能与静态力学性能的区别,以及在冲击荷载作用下弹性响应与塑性响应的差异性。在实际操作使用仪器设备开展试验的过程中,加深了学生对结构力学中抽象理论的理解,提高了学生理论联系实际的能力。将结构力学中的抽象理论实物化,使课堂教学内容更加丰富,锻炼了学生的实践动手能力及科研素养,激发了学生对更深层次知识的探索精神。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic mechanical properties of honeycomb beams under impact load are measured by using the independently developed drop-weight impact test system. Combined with graduate scientific research experiment, independent inquiry scientific research experiment teaching project is set up to make students understand the difference between dynamic mechanical properties and static mechanical properties of honeycomb beams, and more the difference between elastic response and plastic response under impact load. In the process of using instrument to carry out the test, the students will deepen the understanding of the abstract theory in structural mechanics and improve the ability to integrate theory with practice. The classroom teaching content is richer by materializing the abstract theory in structural mechanics, it has exercised students′ practical ability and scientific research literacy, and stimulated students′ exploration spirit of deeper knowledge.
