汽车塑料燃油箱耐火性能检测装置结构设计与分析

Structural Design and Analysis of Fire Resistance Testing Device for Automobile Plastic Fuel Tank

  • 摘要: 汽车塑料燃油箱是汽车的储存设备,其耐火性能直接关系着驾驶员及乘客的生命安全。汽车塑料燃油箱耐火性能检测是国家强制要求必须进行出厂检验的项目,对国家标准GB 18296-2019的要求进行深入分析,设计适用于30L~95L不同容量塑料燃油箱的耐火性能检测装置。本装置检测前的准备工作采用手动模式模拟实车的燃油箱安装,试验过程严格实行全部自动化无人值守的模式,并采用远程操控及视频监控相结合的方式,确保检测过程的安全性。引入模块化设计理念,将燃油箱耐火性能检测装置机械结构按照功能要素划分为4个模块,每个模块都基于人机工程学理念,按照设计要求进行创新设计,并对检测装置的关键零部件进行有限元分析,验证装置的强度,为装置的可靠性提供保证。设计的汽车塑料燃油箱耐火性能检测装置满足国家标准的要求,达到了预期的设计效果,为同类产品的设计提供了参考。

     

    Abstract: Plastic fuel tank is storage equipment for automobiles,and the performance of fire resistance is directly related to the lives of drivers and passengers. Therefore,the fire resistance performance test of automobile plastic fuel tank is a mandatory item that must be inspected by the state. According to the in-depth analysis of the requirements of the national standard GB 18296-2019,a testing device suitable for the fire resistance test of plastic fuel tank with different capacities of30-90 L is designed. The preparation work before the device is tested adopts the manual mode to simulate the fuel tank installation in the real vehicle. The all-automatic unattended mode is strictly implemented in the test process,and the remote control and the video monitoring is combined to ensure the safety of the detection process. The modular design concept is introduced in the paper,and the mechanical structure of the fire resistance testing device for the fuel tank is divided into four modules according to the functional elements. Each module is based on the ergonomics concept,and carries out innovative design according to the design requirements. The key parts of the testing device are analyzed by finite element analysis to verify the strength of the testing device and to ensure the reliability of the testing device. The fire resistance testing device for automobile plastic fuel tank designed in the paper meets the requirements of national standard and achieves the expected design effect,which provides a reference for the design of similar products.
