应变片固化装置中控制电路的设计

Design of Control Circuit in Strain Gauge Curing Device

  • 摘要: 应变片不仅广泛用于航空力学强度试验,在电气设备、土木工程、建筑施工等领域也有广泛的应用。在热强度试验中,需要使用能够适应高温环境的应变片传感器,这样的高温应变片的粘贴工艺与普通的常温应变片不同,并且需要专门的固化装置进行固化。本文介绍了高温应变片固化装置中控制电路的硬件设计,通过分析固化装置的工作原理,对整体装置的使用结果进行分析。

     

    Abstract: Strain gauges are not only widely used in aviation mechanical strength tests, but also used in various fields, including electrical equipment, civil engineering, building construction and so on. In the thermal strength test, the usage of a strain gauge sensor that can adapt to the high temperature environment is necessary. The pasting process of such high temperature strain gauges is different from that of ordinary normal temperature strain gauges, and special curing devices are required for curing. This paper describes the hardware design of the control circuit in the high temperature strain gauge curing device. Through analyzing the working principle of the curing device, the using results of the whole device are analyzed.
