Abstract:
Strain gauges are not only widely used in aviation mechanical strength tests, but also used in various fields, including electrical equipment, civil engineering, building construction and so on. In the thermal strength test, the usage of a strain gauge sensor that can adapt to the high temperature environment is necessary. The pasting process of such high temperature strain gauges is different from that of ordinary normal temperature strain gauges, and special curing devices are required for curing. This paper describes the hardware design of the control circuit in the high temperature strain gauge curing device. Through analyzing the working principle of the curing device, the using results of the whole device are analyzed.
