Abstract: With the background of cable detection in aircraft structural strength test, aiming at the management of force sensor cables in the detection process, a management mode of force sensor cable database based on calendars is proposed. Through the induction analysis of cable service life and detection history, the installation and maintenance of test cables are assisted, which has an important impact on the reliability of force sensor cables, and provides decision support for the preventive maintenance and inspection of force sensor cables in the structural strength test before the large-scale test.
