高速动平衡机转子支承系统动力学特性研究

Study on Dynamic Characteristics of High Speed Balancing Machine Rotor Bearing System

  • 摘要: 简要论述了高速动平衡机转子支承系统的工作原理,建立了二自由度动力学模型并进行了理论分析。通过实测案例分析,进一步研究了转子支承系统的动力学特性,给出了确定高速动平衡机摆架下部结构刚度的计算公式,提出了识别摆架下部结构刚度问题的方法。

     

    Abstract: The working principle of high speed balancing machine rotor bearing system is briefly discussed in the paper, and the dynamic model with two freedoms is established and analyzed. Through the analysis of measured cases, the dynamic characteristics of rotor bearing system are further studied, the calculation formula for determining the stiffness of pedestal substructure of high speed balancing machine is derived, and the method for identifying the stiffness of pedestal substructure is put forward.
