Abstract:
The influence of shear effect on axial compression stability of equilateral lattice column is studied in the paper. Based on the theory of elasticity, and the relationship between shear stress and bending deformation of equilateral lattice column, the buckling differential equation of equilateral lattice column is established, and the buckling load expression of equilateral lattice column with shear stiffness is derived. The examples show that the shear deformation has a great influence on the buckling load of equilateral lattice column.
