5A06铝合金TIG焊搭接接头拉剪性能研究
Study on Tensile/Shear Properties of 5A06 Aluminum Alloy TIG Welding Lap Joints

摘要: 设计了5A06铝合金钨极氩弧焊(TIG)搭接试验件两类,并通过试验获得了不同厚度和宽度的5A06铝合金TIG焊搭接接头的拉伸和剪切力学性能。试验表明,5A06铝合金TIG焊搭接接头的拉伸和剪切强度随板厚增加而明显降低。其中,2mm厚试验件的拉伸强度和剪切强度分别达到了母材抗拉和剪切强度的67%和73.5%。采用扫描电镜对不同受力状态试验件的断口形貌进行观察,对比其形貌特点发现,拉伸试验件的焊缝韧性较好。本文的研究结果对5A06铝合金TIG焊接结构设计提供了试验依据和重要参考。Abstract: Two series of specimens are designed for 5 A06 aluminum alloy( AA) lap joints welded by Tungsten Inert Gas( TIG) welding. The tensile and shear mechanical properties of 5 A06 TIG welding lap joints with different thickness and widths are obtained. The test results indicate that the tensile and shear strength of 5 A06 TIG welding lap joints decrease obviously with the increase of the thickness. The tensile strength of 5 A06 TIG welding lap joints with a thickness of 2 mm is about 67% of that of the parent material,while the shear strength is about 73. 5% of that of the parent material. Scanning electron microscope is used to observe and to compare the fracture morphology of test specimens under different stress states.The comparison demonstrates better toughness in tensile specimens. The research results provide test data and reference for structural design utilizing 5 A06 TIG welding lap joints.
