摘要: 地面颤振模拟试验技术是一项利用激振器模拟飞行器非定常气动力,从而模拟颤振特性的全新试验技术。为了对地面颤振试验的精度进行分析和验证,本文研究了地面颤振模拟试验中的非定常气动力重构方法以及受结构动态特性影响的激振力实时反馈控制方法,并以风洞试验模型进行了颤振特性测试。为了解决激振器及顶杆装置对柔性结构动态特性的影响,设计了一套降低附加特性的顶杆装置,建立了地面颤振模拟试验系统,测试了模型的颤振边界并与分析及风洞试验结果进行了对比。Abstract: Ground flutter simulation test( GFST) is a new experiment technology to simulate and test the flutter boundary on the ground. Its main principle is reproducing the unsteady aerodynamic force and simulating the force through electromagnetic exciters. In this paper,the reconstruction method of unsteady aerodynamic force and the real-time feedback control method of exciting force affected by structural dynamic characteristics are studied,and a wind tunnel model with certain flutter boundary is adopted to validate the GFST system. A stinger is designed to reduce the influence of exciter and stinger on the dynamic characteristics of flexible structure. Finally,the ground flutter simulation test system is integrated and tested,and comparison is made between the GFST result and wind tunnel test result.
