钢绞线拉伸试验夹具及伸长率测量方法的优化

Optimization of Steel Strand Tensile Testing Fixture and Elongation Measurement Method

  • 摘要: 钢绞线试样在进行拉伸试验时,由于材料硬度较高、内部结构相对松散,普通的V形夹块很难真正地夹持住试样,容易产生试样打滑、掉力现象。另外,钢绞线试样的原始测量标距很长,使用常规的电子引伸计测量和计算伸长率很难满足试验要求。本文针对钢绞线试样拉伸试验夹具及伸长率测量方法提出了优化解决方案。

     

    Abstract: During the tensile test of steel strand samples, it is difficult to securely clamp the sample by using the conventional V-shaped clamps due to the high material hardness and relatively loose internal structure, and it is easy to cause the sample slipping and force loss. On the other hand, the original measurement gauge of steel strand samples is very long, and it is difficult to meet the test requirements by using conventional electronic extensometer to measure and calculate the elongation. In this paper, an optimized solution is proposed for the tensile test fixture design and elongation measurement method of steel strand samples.
