直驱式液压伺服技术在试验机加载中的应用研究

Application of Direct Drive Hydraulic Servo Technology to Testing Machine Loading

  • 摘要: 直驱式液压伺服系统是一种从动力源头考虑功率匹配的全局型节能动力系统,应用领域广泛。本文分析了该系统的工作原理和结构组成,论述了节能的原理和效果,分析了该技术的调速范围和影响因素,给出了调速范围的估算办法,并通过试验和应用验证了分析的正确性与合理性,以及该技术在试验机上的适用性。

     

    Abstract: Direct drive hydraulic servo system is a kind of global energy-saving power system considering power matching from the power source,which is widely used in many fields. The working principle and structural composition are analyzed in the paper,and the principle and effect of energy-saving are discussed. The speed regulation range and influencing factors of the technology are analyzed,and the estimation method of speed regulation range is proposed. The result of test and application verifies the correctness and rationality of the analysis and the applicability of the technology on the testing machine.
