环形接触面摩擦半径的两种计算方法比较

  • 摘要: 环形接触面在机械工程中应用十分广泛,在机械设计中通常需要对环形接触面的摩擦力矩进行计算。摩擦力矩的计算关键在于摩擦半径的确定,很多时候为计算方便,把环形接触面摩擦半径视为内圆半径和外圆半径均值的平均摩擦半径;而有些设计手册却给出与之截然不同的等效摩擦半径的计算公式。针对这个问题,建立接触面摩擦力矩的力学模型,采用力矩积分手段推导出了与手册中给出的等效摩擦半径相同的结果。对两个公式进行了比较,并对平均摩擦半径导致的误差进行了评析,为环形接触面摩擦半径公式的选用给出了建议。

     

    Abstract: Annular contact surface is widely used in mechanical engineering, and in mechanical design, it is usually necessary to calculate the friction torque of annular contact surface. The key to the calculation of friction torque lies in the determination of friction radius, and in many cases, for the convenience of calculation, the friction radius of the annular contact surface is regarded as the average friction radius of the mean value of the inner radius and the outer radius. However, some design manuals give a very different formula for the calculation of the equivalent friction radius. Aiming at this problem, the mechanical model of contact surface friction torque is established, and the same result as the equivalent friction radius given in the manual is derived by means of torque integration. The two formulas are compared, and the error caused by the average friction radius is evaluated, and suggestions are given for the selection of the friction radius formula of the annular contact surface.
