碳纤维管周期性堆叠结构的强度研究

摘要: 提出了一种碳纤维管周期性堆叠结构,探索并采用经济可行、高效稳定的制备工艺流程,对该工艺制备出的试件进行准静态压缩试验和冲击试验。试验结果表明,本文提出的制备工艺流程合理可行,利用该工艺得到的结构具有较高的比强度和较好的抵抗冲击破坏的力学特性。依据试验现象,可以得到该周期性堆叠结构在准静态压缩载荷和冲击载荷下的主要失效形式为脆性断裂和脱胶。Abstract: A periodic stacking structure of carbon fiber tubes is proposed,and an economically feasible,efficient and stable preparation process is explored and adopted. The specimens prepared by this process are subjected to quasi-static compression experiments and impact experiments. The experimental results show that the proposed preparation process is reasonable and feasible. The structure has high specific strength and mechanical properties of resistance to impact damage.According to experimental phenomena, the main failure modes of the periodic stacking structure under quasi-static compression load and impact load are brittle fracture and degumming.
