基于AMESim的液压加载系统故障仿真研究

Research on Fault Simulation of Hydraulic Loading System based on AMESim

  • 摘要: 针对结构强度试验液压加载系统智能故障诊断研究面临的样本量少问题,本文使用AMESim仿真软件分别搭建了二级双喷嘴电液伺服阀和液压作动缸的详细图像化物理模型,进而建立位移加载液压系统仿真模型。应用该模型结合故障注入技术,进行液压系统常见故障仿真。研究表明,该模型能够有效地表征系统运行特性,获取故障样本,对液压系统智能故障诊断研究具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the problem of small sample size in intelligent fault diagnosis of hydraulic loading system in structural strength test, AMESim simulation software is used to build the detailed physical model of two-stage double nozzle electrohydraulic servo valve and hydraulic actuator cylinder. Then the simulation model of displacement loading hydraulic system is established. With this model and fault injection technology, the common faults of hydraulic system are simulated. The research shows that the model can effectively represent the operation characteristics of the system and obtain fault samples,which is of great significance to the research of intelligent fault diagnosis of hydraulic system.
