基于分布式测量的应变场重构技术研究与应用

Research and Application of Strain Field Reconstruction Technology Based on Distributed Measurement

  • 摘要: 针对结构强度试验分布式测量的应变场重构问题,为了提高分布式应变测量数据插值效率,提出了分布式应变数据局部插值-全局拟合修正的分布式插值算法,并在应变结果监测、数据传输提速、多源数据融合等方面进行了研究探讨,分析了基于分布式测量技术的全机内部外部、局部全局应变数据融合监测技术的适用性和先进性。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the interpolation efficiency of distributed strain measurement data of strain field reconstruction in structural strength test, a distributed interpolation algorithm of local interpolation and global fitting correction for distributed strain data is proposed. Research and discussion are conducted on strain result monitoring, data transmission speed improvement and multi-source data fusion. The applicability and progressiveness of the distributed measurement technology in the internal and external, in the local and global strain data fusion monitoring technology of the full-scale aircraft are analyzed.
