Abstract: According to problems of the unstable connection between the output signal connector and the output end of the sensor,and the difficulty in matching the commercial L5（ M5） female head with the small size sensor,a sealing connector for sensors is designed,which is mainly applied to the sensors whose signal output mode is single line output. The main function of the sealing connector is to ensure that the output signal of the sensor can be reliably input into the signal display module or signal processing module,and to seal the sensor. The test results show that the sealing connecting device has the characteristics of compact structure and stable performance,which can be reliably connected with the sensors,and the design has achieved satisfactory results.
