波瓣形混合器加力燃烧室冷态流场特性研究

Research on Cold Flow Field Characteristics in Afterburner of Lobe-shaped Mixer

  • 摘要: 利用数值模拟技术,对带有波瓣形混合器的加力燃烧室进行冷态数值模拟研究,得到温度场、速度场以及压力场等流场特性参数。研究结果表明:内外涵气流在进入波瓣形混合器后,能够得到充分的混合,温度分布逐渐均匀;在火焰稳定器的后部形成低速区,有利于火焰的生成和传播;在加力燃烧室内部,沿气体流动方向压力分布逐渐趋于一致。通过对该型加力燃烧室进行数值模拟,熟悉了其内部流场分布,明确了其冷态工作特性。

     

    Abstract: Using numerical simulation technology,a cold-state numerical simulation study is carried out on an afterburner with lobe-shaped mixer,and the flow field characteristic parameters such as temperature field,velocity field and pressure field are obtained. The research results show that,after the inner and outer culvert airflow enters the lobe-shaped mixer,it can be fully mixed,and the temperature distribution is gradually uniform. The low-speed zone formed at the rear of the flame stabilizer is conducive to flame generation and propagation. Inside the combustion chamber,the pressure distribution along the gas flow direction gradually tends to be uniform. Through the numerical simulation of this type of afterburner,the internal flow field distribution is familiarized,and its cold working characteristics are clarified.
