Abstract:
In this paper, a simplified physical model is established according to the traditional two degree of freedom system to estimate the resonant frequency of the moving parts of vibration table. The finite element theory is used to analyze the modal structure of the moving parts, and the accuracy of the two calculation methods is compared through the tests. The dynamic frequency response simulation method is used to simulate the main performance indexes of the vibration table(such as transverse vibration ratio, table evenness and anti resonance frequency). The study of the paper provides a new method for the design of the moving parts of vibration table.
