电动振动台运动部件的特性分析与仿真

Characteristic Analysis and Simulation of Moving Parts of Electric Vibration Table

  • 摘要: 本文根据传统的两自由度系统建立简化的物理模型,预估运动部件的谐振频率;利用有限元理论,分析运动部件的模态结构,并通过试验比较了两种方法的精确度。运用动力学频率响应仿真方法,模拟振动台的主要性能指标,如横振比、台面均匀度、反共振频率。本研究为振动台运动部件的设计提供了新的方法。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a simplified physical model is established according to the traditional two degree of freedom system to estimate the resonant frequency of the moving parts of vibration table. The finite element theory is used to analyze the modal structure of the moving parts, and the accuracy of the two calculation methods is compared through the tests. The dynamic frequency response simulation method is used to simulate the main performance indexes of the vibration table(such as transverse vibration ratio, table evenness and anti resonance frequency). The study of the paper provides a new method for the design of the moving parts of vibration table.
