Abstract:
As an integral part of aircraft structural strength test, charging test is of great significance to aircraft structural design and verification. According to the characteristics and requirements of charging test of pressurized cabin of large amphibious aircraft, the control technology of large volume charging and loading is studied. A closed-loop control method based on computational loop is proposed to realize the cooperative control of multiple inflators and improve the efficiency and accuracy of the loading process of the charging test. A servo control signal optimization algorithm of multiple inflators is proposed to improve the pressure stability of the charging test during load holding. The application results show that the method proposed in the paper is reasonable and feasible, the loading process is stable and accurate, the strain response is linear and meets the test requirements. The technology has certain popularization value in the same type of tests.
