基于S7-200 SMART的干式负载故障检测及定位系统设计

摘要: 针对中低压干式负载绝缘检测繁琐和故障定位困难的问题,设计了一种基于S7-200 SMART的干式负载故障检测及定位系统。该系统通过PLC控制测试回路,运用PID控制原理计算回路电参数,通过比较计算值与正常值的大小,判断负载故障及定位故障点。对该系统的实际测试结果显示,本系统能够在100s内测得各回路的绝缘值和电阻值,迅速定位故障回路,验证了该系统的实用性和可行性。Abstract: Aiming at the problems of cumbersome insulation detection and difficult fault location for medium and low voltage dry load,a dry load fault detection and location system based on S7-200 SMART is designed in the paper. The test circuit is controlled by PLC,and PID control principle is used to calculate the loop electrical parameters. The load fault can be judged and the fault point can be located by comparing the calculated value with the normal value. The test results show that the system can measure the insulation and resistance of each circuit in 100 s,and quickly locate the fault circuit,which verifies the practicability and feasibility of the system.
