Abstract: In the assembly and storage of an aerospace product, the high-temperature resistant coating on the surface of the product is damaged. Aiming at this problem, the failure mode and mechanism are analyzed, and the correctness of the analysis is verified through experiments. Finally, the precautions and protective measures for the aerospace high-temperature coating in the use process are proposed.
