摘要: 以某企业的T-V1165S立式加工中心为研究对象,通过ANSYS建立机床有限元模型,仿真计算机床固有频率,分析机床动态性能。通过整机模态试验验证了仿真的结果,修正了有限元模型,同时还针对修正后的有限元模型进行了谐响应分析,确定机床关键部件,为后续机床二次设计与优化提供了重要依据与方向。Abstract: Taking the T-V1165 S vertical machining center of an enterprise as the research object,the finite element model of the machine tool is established by ANSYS. The natural frequency of the machine tool is simulated,and the dynamic performance of the machine tool is analyzed. At the same time,the harmonic response of the modified finite element model is analyzed to determine the key parts of the machine tool,which provides an important basis and direction for the subsequent secondary design and optimization of the machine tool.
