基于系统软件优化的全机疲劳试验加速技术

Fatigue Test Acceleration Technology for Full Scale Aircraft Based on System Soft Performance Optimization

  • 摘要: 针对ARJ21-700飞机全机疲劳试验首个1倍寿命验证后,剩余1倍寿命验证试验年均起落数翻一番的需求,结合硬件设备长时间运行后无法进行系统性优化,且飞机结构损伤不断增多的现状,进行了基于系统软件性能优化的全机疲劳试验加速技术研究,形成了一套不改变硬件环境的全机疲劳试验加速实施方法。在ARJ21-700飞机全机疲劳试验中的应用表明,该方法有效提升了试验运行速度,试验年平均日起落数由77次提升至99次,提升了28.6%,达到了试验加速的目标。

     

    Abstract: A fatigue test acceleration method for full scale aircraft based on system soft performance optimization is proposed considering that the fatigue test speed of ARJ21-700 full scale aircraft is to be doubled during the residual 50000 flights, and the hardware equipment cannot be systematically optimized after eight years of operation and the aircraft structure damage is continuous increasing. An accelerated implementation method of full scale aircraft fatigue test is formed by optimizing the performance of system software without changing the hardware environment. The method is validated by ARJ21-700 full scale aircraft fatigue test, and the result shows that the test speed is increased by 28.6% from 77 flights per day to 99 flights per day with the method, which meets the requirements of test acceleration.
