Abstract:
In order to verify the global and local thermal stress analysis method of the hybrid structure of the front fuselage barrel of an aircraft, a combined thermal and mechanical load test is designed with a large area heating belt and an air inflation test bench as the loading device. A temperature control technology based on coordinated loading control system is proposed, and a variety of software filtering algorithms for temperature data are designed to solve the problem of coordinated control of temperature load and gas pressure load. The problem that the temperature data is easily affected by the gas pressure in the high-power heating device and test piece is significantly suppressed, and the test requirements are satisfied, which provides reference for other aircraft thermal joint tests.
