航空发动机通用飞行台试验与能力研制

Aero Engine General Flight Test Bed Test and Capability Development

  • 摘要: 通用飞行台是重大基础试验设施,在航空发动机研制过程中发挥着重要作用,在高空试验中具有独特的优势。本文分析了通用飞行台与高空模拟台的差异性及通用飞行台可承担的新型发动机试验科目和内容,从飞行安全性、载机飞行包线、挂载能力、载机来源等多个维度提出了通用飞行台研制需重点考虑的因素。针对我国通用飞行台能力研制,提出统筹规划、系列化发展、长期持续性投入的建议,以形成系列化、规模化的通用飞行台,推动我国航空发动机的研制与发展。

     

    Abstract: The general flight test bed is a major basic test facility that plays an important role in the development process of aircraft engines, and has unique advantages in altitude test. The differences between the general flight test bed and the altitude simulator are analyzed, as well as the new engine test subjects and contents that the general flight test bed can undertake. From multiple dimensions such as flight safety, carrier flight envelope, mounting capacity, and carrier source, the factors that need to be considered in the development of a general flight test bed are proposed. Based on the development of China′s general flight test bed capabilities, suggestions are proposed for overall planning, serialized development, and long-term sustained investment to form a serialized and large-scale general flight test bed and promote the development and development of China′s aviation engines.
