基于蜂窝夹层结构的机载共形天线设计

Design of Airborne Conformal Antenna based on Honeycomb Sandwich Structure

  • 摘要: 共形天线是将天线与飞行器机体结构实现共形一体化设计的一类天线,该类天线在保证天线电性能的前提下,维护了飞行器气动外形的完整性,提高了飞行器气动特性,也提高了天线本身的可靠性。复合材料尤其是蜂窝夹层结构在现代飞行器上已经得到广泛使用,而复合材料特别是玻璃钢的透波率要远远优于金属材料,天线也可以作为复合材料的一个铺层嵌入其中,这就为机载共形天线的应用及发展提供了绝佳的条件。本文介绍了一种共形天线的实现方案,并比较了其仿真结果与暗室实测结果,两者能够较好地保持一致性,基本具备装机条件,具有广阔的发展及应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Conformal antenna is a kind of antenna which is conformally integrated with aircraft structure. On the premise of ensuring the electrical performance of antenna,this kind of antenna can maintain the integrity of the aerodynamic shape of the aircraft,improve the aerodynamic characteristics of aircraft,and also can improve the reliability of the antenna itself.Composite materials,especially the honeycomb sandwich structure,have been widely used in the modern aircrafts,and the wave transmittance of composite materials,especially the glass fabric,is much better than that of metal materials. The antenna can also be embedded as a layer of composite materials,which provides an excellent condition for the application and development of airborne conformal antenna. An implementation scheme of conformal antenna is introduced in the paper,and the simulation results are compared with the measured results in the lab. The results are consistent with each other,so the conformal antenna designed in the paper basically meets the installation conditions,and has broad development and application prospects.
