Abstract:
The flap structure fuse pin is the critical connector of the wings of civil aircrafts,and the strength test of fuse pin plays a key role in civil aircraft airworthiness. Based on the analysis of airworthiness requirements( CCAR-25) for emergency landing,the break-away failure criteria of flap structure fuse pin is studied,and the break-away strength of a flap structure fuse pin is test. Test results show that the structure strength and break-away time of the fuse pin meet the requirements of airworthiness,and the break-away model and the break-away time agree well with the failure criteria.
