民用飞机襟翼保险销断离强度试验研究

Experimental Research on Break-away Strength of Flap Structure Fuse Pin of Civil Aircrafts

摘要: 襟翼保险销是民用飞机机翼的重要连接件,其结构强度试验是民用飞机适航验证的关键试验之一。本文通过分析民用飞机适航条款(CCAR-25)中对襟翼保险销强度、刚度和断离时间的要求,研究了民用飞机襟翼保险销结构的断离失效准则,并对某型飞机襟翼保险销的断离强度进行了试验验证。结果表明,该型民用飞机襟翼保险销结构强度、断离时间满足适航要求,断离模式、断离时间与失效准则相吻合。

Abstract: The flap structure fuse pin is the critical connector of the wings of civil aircrafts,and the strength test of fuse pin plays a key role in civil aircraft airworthiness. Based on the analysis of airworthiness requirements（ CCAR-25） for emergency landing,the break-away failure criteria of flap structure fuse pin is studied,and the break-away strength of a flap structure fuse pin is test. Test results show that the structure strength and break-away time of the fuse pin meet the requirements of airworthiness,and the break-away model and the break-away time agree well with the failure criteria.
